quote:Looks like he deals in high end international terrorism & espionage shite.
His name is Fred Burton and he is world renowned.
Why in the hell would a guy this world renowned waste a minute of his time on some piddly little disparagement case between a 5+ yr unemployed football coach and a University in Mississippi?

Obviously because Hugh Freeze is a terror on this world. Haven't you seen the threads?

he also deals with High Net Worth clients and protecting their assets. Remember Thomas Mars the lead attorney is a 7 years as lead counsel for walmart and has settled multiple 8 figure lawsuits once he left. He knows the best investigators and will hire the best investigators. This guy's specialty is data mining. He's gonna track all the phone calls to and from and likely any of the internet communications. Nutt seems to be really angry.

Dude you are clueless. You realize all that you wrote makes real litigators laugh and has them thinking "what size check you do you want". All because anyone with any knowledge knows a General Counsel for a major corporations don't grace the inside of a courtroom. They would have the same thought process if you told them Hailey Barbour is your opposition. Now if you said Bubba Morrison (who is on this case) then I would pay attention a helluva lot more because he is a legit litigator (and an LSU grad).

he's been in private practice for several years now. maybe i don't know what i'm talking about... but that doesn't matter... what matters is Hugh Freeze, and Ross Bjork both breached his contract. That is pretty evident. now they are digging just to F with you guys.

Once again you show how little you really know. Bubba Morrison is the guy that is the heavy hitter on this. So do yourself a favor, STFU, go spew the propaganda somewhere only idiots would believe you ....you fricking short bus riding, helmet wearing, retarded little brother.

what does helmet wearing mean? It is against the law to ride on the road without a helmet. plus it is not that smart. i suggest you do some research on brain injuries.

i'm not able to view that. My parents restricted my access to that site. let me go ask my mom to remove the restrictions... I need to remind her about the meatloaf too

One word - MONEY.
Attorneys especially Tort Attorneys are like sharks. They can smell the blood in the water of a big payday from miles away. Coach Nutt has assembled a powerful team of people who specialize in getting money and they see an excellent opportunity to get their client tons of money from folks who blatantly violated the terms of a contract of non-disclosure. This is a slam dunk case for them and they evidently see a chance to expose other misdeeds by UM. No one knows where discovery will finally lead in this case, but the initial suit is a done deal for Nutt and his attorneys. Wouldn't surprise me to see them go for 10-12 million dollars in damages.
