In the CCG era (1992-Present) and I mean conference wins, and this includes Texas A&M and Missouri even though they've been in for a short time.
Why is this win iconic? Where does it rank as far as all iconic games in the history of your program's time in the SEC?

It ended with the single most iconic play in the history of all of CFB.
It also ended Bama's chance at a 3-peat, making Auburn the hero's of the sports world.
Auburn was Luke Skywalker, and the Kick Six return was the X-Wing blast down the exhaust vent that blew up the Death Star and destroyed the Evil Empire.

#1. Without a doubt, no competition as far as SEC games. Probably #1 in all of CFB as well.

Self explanatory

Bama's win over Florida in the SEC Championship Game in 09.
Florida was then what Bama is now.

Then the Empire returned 12 months later to beat the little rebels 3 straight by an average score of 38-23, win 3 straight SEC Titles and 1 National Title.
So, more like the X-wing shot a rocket into the Death Star and caused a contained 1 floor fire that was quickly extinguished. The Death Star then turned it's guns to Tatooine.

Beating Florida in the first SECCG.
It doesn't get much more iconic than to win the first of something.

destroyed the Evil Empire.
Since that game Alabama has won the SEC championship every year, made the playoffs every year, and added another national championship to the collection, being a hair away from adding 2.
Also we're going to be preseason #1 again this year, so... yeah, destroyed.

The 1992 title game win to destroy Miami's reign of terror was pretty iconic. George Teague strippin' the baws buck nekkid

Missouri
1995 win over Northeast Louisiana in a 31-22 shootout in front of 38,000 screaming fans at 1pm.
This win is iconic because it was the last time this team would score a touchdown for a three week period. 1995 was a tough year, as Missouri was shut out three times, but pulled it together to take home the TELEPHONE TROPHY from Iowa State. People may not know, Missouri has a longstanding rivalry with Iowa State, as well as Illinois. So naturally they were a good fit for the SEC East.

Alabama- Win over LSU in the BCS Title Game, 2011
Arkansas- Win over Ole Miss in 2015
Auburn- Win over Alabama in 2013 (Kick Six)
Florida- Win over Bama in 2008 SEC CG
Georgia- Win over LSU in 2005 SEC CG
Kentucky- Win over LSU in 2007
LSU- Win at Bama in regular season, 2011
Ole Miss- Win over Bama in 2014
Miss St.- Win over Auburn in 2014
Missouri- Win over Texas A&M in 2013
Tennessee- Win over Florida in 1998
Texas A&M- Win at Bama in 2012
S. Carolina- Win over Bama in 2010
Vanderbilt- Win over Tennessee in 2012
**If I understand this correctly, this is not the "biggest" win but the most "iconic".
Obviously for Ole Miss, it would be one of their two consecutive wins over Bama in 2014 and 2015. While the win at Bama in 2015 was probably the bigger win, doing it in Oxford after hosting Gameday with Katie Perry in the crowd, etc. made that one far more iconic, IMO.

Ironic, isn't it ironic, in all the storied history of the Tide program, one of the most famous and well-remembered plays by their fans didn't even count.
As amazing as Teague's running down the UM receiver and stripping the ball, it was a free play, because the Bama defense was offside.
I think the main reason this play is identified with the '92 NC team is because they were a pretty boring team overall. Other than Langham's pick six in the Iron Bowl and David Palmer coming off his DUI suspension and taking a punt for a TD against LA Tech, what other exciting plays can you recall from that season?
