Well their mascot is a fat cow so

They literally worship a cow, and they are a college that they refer to as the "ranch" "farm" or "40 acres"

Why did these Texas fans all of a sudden show up now?
Because they want to be in the SEC. Same reason the OU and Clemson fans are here.

Mizzou, Arkansas and the Aggies vote no. Case closed.
I think after ruining the SWC, Big 8 and Big 12, I think there is a limit of 3 on how many conferences one school can ruin.

frick Texas. We don't want their greedy sorry asses in the SEC. They already fricked up the Big 12. Dont need that spirit here.
Let them wallow in their own stupid decisions. Couldn't happen to a better bunch of a-holes.

Texas fans (99% for the most part) are here for one reason only.. bully Aggie some more. I would say that it'll slow down when the Horns start winning, but I'm sure it'll continue regardless.
As any Texas knows, if you follow another team than Texas you hate them & if you follow another team than A&M you ridicule them. That isn't changing anytime soon.
From fanbase to admin, Texas doesn't want to be in the SEC. PAC12 is the dominant choice if the conf breaks up.
I'm a SEC follower and SEC would be my third choice. Some things just don't fit in life, Texas/SEC would be a good example.

Not bully. Make fun of them is more accurate. Either way you choose to characterize it, aggy wants the attention. The whole point of their "Daddy A&M" schtick is to draw a response. Personally, while I do lurk here, I only post when the topic is about Texas. To anyone here who'd like to see less Texas posters, I'd suggest they stop making topics about Texas.

I'd much prefer B1G to the PAC. Those PST start times would wear thin pretty quick. Plus it would be fun to resume the Nebraska domination.

Oh please. If the SEC brass and the Texas brass wanted Texas in the SEC, Texas would be in the SEC and there's nothing you could do to stop it.

That's not how it works

Quotes like these are why almost every fanbase in the country can't stand you arrogant arsehats.

It doesn't seem like clemson has many fans here anymore - maybe some just stopped posting during offseason

Especially when you cut half of the quote off. I'm sorry if it seems arrogant, but my post is absolutely true. If the real power at the top of the conference wanted it, they sure wouldn't let aggy/mizzou/piggy stand in the way. Money talks.

Well said..There is a reason Colorado, Nebraska, Mizzou and Texas A@M left the Big 12

Let's also conveniently leave out the "one-state agreement" block.
In other words, Kentucky, South Carolina, Florida, Texas A&M, and Georgia are automatic no votes for any team trying to get into the SEC from one of those states. That basically means:
-Louisville automatically gets 5 no votes
-Clemson automatically gets 5 no votes
-Georgia Tech automatically gets 6 no votes (Alabama will never vote to allow them back in)
-t.u. automatically gets 8 no votes (Arkansas and Missouri will never vote to allow them back in, neither will Ole Miss after the Longhorn Network fiasco in 2013)
