You're relying on lawyer speak to win your bet. If your guy Terry says that he's satisfied, then you claim victory.
Also, #39 could be proven to be a liar and RR could still lose the case. Mr. Merkel has to prove that #39 and #40 and Mr. Miller intended harm to Rebel Rags

Telling lies is not actionable. Even before a Lafayette County jury.
This is frivolous, vindictive litigation where some poor kids are being used as surrogates for a football program by adults who should know better.
At the end of this exercise, will Ole Miss folks feel better for having supported this type of heavy handed litigation against kids?
