Joe Pa and Bobby did and Bama fans are okay with it then good for him.

Do you really call that win last year "beating our arse"?
Oh wait, it does probably qualify as such for Auburn.

Leaving you with Ed Orgeron as a HC is as good as beating you 5 straight times

He's gotta be worried about all the trailer parks that will get burned down in Alabama, also, I would think.

Anyone in the south talking trailer park smack is laughable.
We all have em.
We all have em.

Good point.
Good thing for Bielema that Northwest Arkansas has a lot of mountains. He walks around town and the trailers fall off tbe mountains, so he won't have to worry about many burning when y'all finally run him out of town.

Bobby might have but Joe Paterno was certainly not past his time. Jerry Sandusky aside, the final years of Joe Paterno were relatively successful for Penn State. He won two of his three Big Ten championships in his final seven seasons. And Penn State was 8-1 when the whole Sandusky thing broke. Had that never happened, who's to say they don't finish 11-2 or better?
Anyways, long story short, you can conceivably win at a high level well into 70s and 80s (as Paterno proved).

Live in Tennessee myself, again. We all have them.

I'm just saying if the next hire can't live up to the legacy I imagine it will be hard on some of the fans.

We're much closer to the end of the Saban era than we are to the beginning. If he wants to hang on past his time like Joe Pa and Bobby did and Bama fans are okay with it then good for him.
Bryant won back-to-back titles when he was in his late 60's. Bowden won a title when he was in his 70's. Saban is a lot more energized and in better shape than them. He also has a burning desire to go out as the GOAT so he will be coaching for awhile. He wants to knock Bryant off his throne. So, this train ain't slowing down for any time soon.
Meanwhile, the beatings will continue. Carry on.

After Paterno turned 70 they slid big time. Yeah there were a couple of good seasons in there but it was nothing like what it had been before.

He was 67. Saban will be 66 this year.

Makes sense, probably worried ol' Scratch will come to call in his marker once he retires.

So in other words I was correct?

Let's be honest. Not all 67 year olds are alike. Bryant was as hard a 67 years as they come. He was more like 87 health wise.
