I am not here as a representative of the University of Texas. My actions here are not the actions of the university nor of the alumni or the fans of the University of Texas. If they would like me to I could negotiate a fee for my services but they have never asked. I am sure if they wanted to use this message board to spread their message they would use the best and from what I have heard from Aggy is that I am not the best

Of course they do. They think they're out from under Texas shadow which is the real reason why they bolted in the first place. They thought they could be somebody if they just went somewhere away from Texas. Only difference is now they can take pride in and cheer about Bama's accomplishments as their own because they're in your collective hive, like the rest of you do.

Instead of staying and fight against a more powerful opponent Aggy turned tail and ran to the Old Confederacy.
First off turning tail and running is not becoming of a true Texan nor even of an Okie. More importantly trying to act Southern like a&m did when they were being courted by the SEC may be even worse because we are the Southwest. Screw Dixie and the South that is not Texas. To bow the head of a Texas university shows who Aggy really is

I tried to tell these yokels that TX is the southwest and the culture isn't southern. It's western. But they think OK is part of the mid-west so.......

by your contention, the big 12 is nothing special at BB and OUs final four 2 years ago means nothing since the same team has won the league (a pathetically) 15 consecutive years. guess i shouldnt be surprised i had to spell it out for you

You have to understand that like Tech A&M only represents a small part of Texas.
Tech is as a west Texas as the wind and dust and A&M is as east Texas, even though it is actually in central Texas, as pine trees and the Deep South.
a&m doesn't understand that UT is the university of Texas because it represents the entire state.
