Chairbacks - Under 200 chairback tickets remain. Which means people pay $1200 basically right now and $600 more in two years when their seat is available. Plus the cost of the tickets. We only designed for 850 more chairbacks than the current stadium has. And that's not counting the people that would have bought chairback season tickets at the last minute -- without wanting to lock in to the same seats for 10 years sight unseen with the PSLs.
Loge - 29 four seat tables. Long since sold out.
Stadium Suites - 20, 14 current size and 6 doubles. Long since sold out.
Stadium Club - 300+ seats. ~ 75 remain.
Backstop Club - 500 passes, requires another seat somewhere in stadium, Very nearly sold out.
LFL - 86 spots. All long since sold out.
Basically, we are looking at a hard sell out of season-long options -- possibly before the first piece of concrete comes down in a month -- 2 years prior to overall completion.
On the plus side -- financially, we are looking at:
Chairbacks - $9 million plus prior to first pitch in the new yard and probably $1.6 million thereafter(guessing the individual cost of the ticket is going to vary by the location even though all the donations were the same).
Loge - $200k annually
Suites - $750k annually
Stadium Club - $400k annually
Backstop - $300k annually
LFL - $350k annually
So, the new stadium is going to raise us $3mil/yr plus in and of itself which will be a tremendous shot in the arm and put us just behind LSU stadium $$, where they currently raise triple or quadruple what we do.

I've heard a rumor that said a different bid will look different than that rendering. Do you know anything about that? Is that the official plan?

Have you seen any re-pricing on the Lofts? The original model isn't going to sell. $50k per year lease with 10 year commitment is not priced right for Starkville. Hell, you can buy a condo on Russell for $275K and own something.

That's going to be a fun stadium to watch games in. I'm hoping your new stadium pushes LSU to be more creative with the outfield seating at the box.

so what's going to happen to your left field?
it was definitely the best left field in all of baseball. it's sad to me that it has to go.
those partiers had a ball out there. I sometimes think they didn't even know there was a game going on.

It will still be there - its just going to be formalized and less trashy.

Have you heard Andy Cannizaro on this? He is wild about it. It will be a great baseball park. I can't wait!!!
