And for the record Tom Herman will fail miserably at Texas. He would have been better off taking the LSU job rather than holding us ransom for the Texas job. He will be out recruited by LSU, Houston, Texas A&M, TCU and Baylor. He could have had it all at LSU, recruited against no one plus not have to put up with those figs in Austin.

This is simply not true
To be honest I don't think fans have spent too much time worrying about Tom Herman, he moved on and LSU hired a very popular choice for half the money. Your dig about could not afford had nothing to do with Herman wanting to work at his dream job TEXAS.
Herman will do fine at Texas and I think "O" will do fine at LSU.
Both schools will have to recruit at a high level to compete with BAMA, does not look like your schools recruiting level is dropping. The bottom line is getting a quality coach to coach up elite players.

It's truly bizarre how UATattoo Skoal Drool Thing fans somehow have inside connections to the LSU Athletic Dept.
The Athletic Dept. could have easily hired Herman. But Herman was using LSU to wait for UT, his clear objective.
Orgeron was not Les's D-line coach you stupid phucking GumpNeck, he was interim head coach who had gone 6-2, and had been a head coach 2 previous times in his 30 year coaching career.
