If I wanted to cause trouble, I would have started a fire right there with that free fuel. Not to say it wasn't an accident, but it was a great set up at a choke point.
Whoever stored it was trying to keep it out of the sun as it no likey Sun either.... and the crack heads.

There has been talk of a car fire that caused it, but I think that's just folks having a field day with the information vacuum.
