Then decrease the enrollment. It makes absolutely no sense for a state funded school to not predominantly educate in state students.

Who do you think has better Universities? Alabama or Mississippi?

Arkansas is approaching a majority OOS student body. Freshman classes already are majority OOS. The benefit is putting degree-holders on the doorstep of growing local companies. The state of Arkansas doesn't produce enough college graduates as it is to fill the jobs we're producing these days.

We're essentially stealing good people from other states when we get that whatever percentage it is that sticks around.

I'm for it.
