That's meat with the sauce already applied. Rule number one for me is...no sauce on the meat before ordering. Let me decide how much and what are you trying to hid...

Dude, that "puke over rice" is hash and it's one of the most delicious things you will ever give your taste buds the privilege to savor. Don't ask what's in it or how it's prepared, just know that it is, in fact, thr best food that humans have ever created.
