If you can't love mustard base as much as you love brisket and vinegar base and white sauce and so on then you don't love BBQ. You love one thing that falls into the BBQ classification.
Same goes for Brunswick stew, hash, chicken, pork. You gotta at least appreciate all of it

This is true, but most will always fall back to what they grew up eating and love. Doesn't make anyone wrong in this discussion.
