If you intentionally foul then you wrap around the waist He extended his arm and made an obvious shove. Learn how to foul next time.

Yeah. It is definitely a flagrant, but I agree with Webber. You have to foul there, the shove was light, and ya boy fromArkansas just sold it well.

Completely agree based on the current rules you basically can't intentionally foul you have to at least try to steal. The rule that you have to make a play on the ball is there to try and force teams to steal but if the defender blows by you and you can't make a play on the ball but you still foul him it's now a flagrant.
