It definitely isn't "clear" but Florida should be number 2

This isn't news to anyone, we still lead Florida in many categories though, but one of the most important ones that we don't is NCs. So I agree that Florida should be 2 just off having one more NC. Lets not go overboard just because you hate the OP's metric.

Florida didn't make the NCAA tournament until 1987. I'd have a hard time saying they are the "clear" #2 all-time. Certainly have helped themselves immensely in the last two decades though.
