Being that we are all from different parts of the state I know this answer will vary, but who do you all think is Uga's biggest rival? That team we want to beat the most every year, in every sport!

In state rival.
frick Tech. This should be everyone's #1. After that it will vary

I live about 2 hrs from UF. So naturally Uf is by far a bigger rival to me. Also UF seems to own us in every sport except Tennis and Swimming

I lived in Gainesville for a couple of years so it's easily UF for me in terms of hated rival.

Wanna know how you can tell it's the offseason?
Florida.
I get it that Donnan got fired because he couldn't beat Tech, and yes, we live so rent-free in Tech's heads that they put us in their fight song, but that's not the issue.
Many people wonder year after year if we should even bother with the COFH game, but think about the other scenario - think about Georgia football without the WLOCP. It's unfathomable. Sure, it swings in 20 year stretches of dominance, but I submit to you this:
Our hatred for Florida runs so deep that when their former HC (who hates us just as much as we do him) came back to the SEC to coach at a different school - they instantly became a heated rival. That didn't happen when George O'Leary went to Central Florida after coaching at Tech.
There is nothing good that can be said about those miserable reprobates down in that festering shite hole of Gainesville. They literally had the nicest guy in the world as their QB for 4 years, and I still wouldn't piss on the entire team if it were on fire. The sight of their team colors is so nausea-inducing that I keep my Home Depot card on the opposite side of my wallet from my Best Buy card. (I wish I were kidding).
Florida.

Auburn, Florida or GA Tech. It depends on my mood.

It is god damned mother fricking Tech. There is no other answer.

I think we first need to make it abundantly clear that the above, while a perfectly reasonable and fun topic of discussion, is NOT the same as "UGA's biggest rival". Green is red's opposite on the color wheel whether you're colorblind, have perfect vision, or despise the color green. It just IS. UGA's rival isn't an opinion, it just IS and has been since the school's inception.
Now, as to your other question, you hit the nail on the head that it will often vary by location. Columbus folks will lean Auburn, Rome/cartersville area people might say UT, Augusta folks probably hate SC more than anyone, Valdosta folks will say UF, etc. And that's all perfectly fine! Everyone's own personal opinion has merit.
But when you're asking "Who is UGA's biggest rival" there is no wiggle room or gray area depending on where you live, that is a constant, unchanging reality that will remain so throughout eternity. And the answer is tech.

I live in Illinois. There aren't many tech, Auburn or vol fan around me. There are plenty of obnoxious Florida fans, so that's the choice for me

Auburn, the oldest and most closely contested rivalry in the SEC.

I grew up in Newnan but live in Douglasville now.
Here are my rankings:
Tech
UF
Aub
UT
USCe
It seems though like we are blood rivals with everybody we play. Is that natural with other programs? Or is it just a UGA phenom?

UGA for sure has more "rivals" compared to other schools, but a lot of the "rivalries" are overblown. We really and truly have 3; tech, uf, auburn. Most schools probably have 2.
Tennessee isn't really a "rival", just a good team that we've had some good games with. SC is even less of a rival, they just happen to be close to the state line.

It definitely depends on where you are...
For me it's UF, but the one constant probably is GT is no less than #2 no matter where you live in the state.
So overall GT probably is the biggest rival.

In this order:
1. Georgia tech because it's the in-state rival
2. Florida because it's usually the most impactful game for our season
3. Auburn because of the history and most of our fanbase hates Auburn more than any other team
4. Tennessee/South Carolina. Both important division games that are usually great atmospheres no matter what stadium they're played in. This one depends on who is better that particular year.

Know what else are opposites on the color wheel? Blue and orange. Christmas isn't our rival, Florida is.
