Quixotes is moving and becoming Oak Tree Corner

The new bar and event space has been referred to as Oak Tree Corner in City Documents.
The approval of Oak Tree Corner will come down to a vote during Auburn City Council’s meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 20 and is likely to break ground before the spring semester begins. The building is hoped to be completed in fall 2017.

New construction I believe. I think it will take away Pieology's patio and bridge between it and Moe's from the sound of it. Quixote's owners are the ones who requested it, so whatever. At least it isn't the city council trying to get rid of more bars.

I don't mind it but Oak Tree Corner is a ridiculous name. At least "Quixotes" has some panache

I'll be glad if this means they're filling in a parking lot downtown.

Why change it from quixotes to this? Quixotes tenure seems to be one of the longer standing names downtown.
