We have ways of rehabbing and shaping players.
Ask Jeremy Johnson and Kiehl Frazier. Gus was able to show JJ how to throw the rrarlybused backwards pass. Why a QB wouldn't want to be trained up by Gus and Lashlee is beyond me???
