We've done stupid contracts with the last 2 ADs, probably the ones prior as well.
Seems to be a problem on a institutional level.

Yes I know, but it seems like no matter who the AD we've been doing dumb shite for nearly two decades. I'm reserving optimism until further proof of competence.
