LSU lost head to head over Auburn
LSU had a game canceled against USA
LSU lost to Auburn
LSU lost Florida in Baton Rouge
LSU was shutout against Alabama in Baton Rouge

Auburn lost to Texas A&M
Georgia in Athens
Lost to Alabama but wasn't shutout

I was reading the homers comments on Nola.com and they think LSU is the likely pick saying they didn't get blown out against Alabama but auburn did. LSU played at home and was shutout. Lord they are crazy

Auburn did LSU a favor and got Les fired. It was a group effort.

LSU goes, we have looked like the better team since that game.

Yea, helluva home loss to a Florida team that, outside of LSU, was blown out vs Arkansas and FSU.

Auburn should drop 11 spots in the polls like LSU did when we lost to bama. LSU to the Sugar

No, it does not. NOLA merchants want out of state teams to bring in out of state money, for hotel rooms, restaurants and bars. Locals just drive to the game, eat at home and buy their liquor at a liquor store. The Sugar Bowl hates it when LSU goes.

Actually Auburn looked great after that game until the Vandy game when White didn't start and Pett got hurt.

Auburn is the logical choice.

LSU should go. There's intrigue with their program since they have a new head coach. They were hot against A&M and closed out the season with a nice win. Fournette's last game. Local fan support.

Auburn might be thinking about firing its head coach. Pathetic and boring offense. Lost its last game of the season. Not much fan excitement and interest right now.

AU was 13 and LSU was not ranked

I don't think a win against an unranked TAMU and a loss against top team in nation flips the script THAT much

AU backs into Sugar

This meme keeps getting repeated but it's not true. LSU fans will buy hotel rooms. Plenty of people like staying the night before and of the game.

Kentucky should get to go.

AU and LSU both underperformed.

Auburn should, good luck. And the game being in NOLA does not help LSU. The Sugar likes teams that come in and spend money for a couple of days. We do it for one day.

I didn't watch the iron bowl did white play? It could come down to injuries on each team.

If you want the SEC represented well, send LSU!

If you want the SEC embrassed, send Auburn.
