LSU will be thrown out of a conference it helped found in 1936 for not breaking a rule. The vote passed said you cannot play “professional” athletes. LSU never rostered a pro. SEC sued LSU for attempting to block a vote to rule on expelling LSU. LSU’s president released an email pre dating this suit in which he tells Sankey to have his vote LSU is not and never will attempt to black. So….what rule did LSU break?

Understand also, Im a big Henry fan he reminds me of an Earl Campbell type. But I can tell you fricking OJ (I know!) was a damn monster and he had to run against some of the best defenses ever back then. And he wasn’t the best ever.

Like I used to tell the Marines from other SEC schools in my Infantry Unit when they would give me their opinion on LSU and Louisiana. I don’t fricking care what you think about us, that’s the beauty of it we have no problem on our own mostly because all of you other schools and states are a bunch of pussies. Except Texas, I usually liked those grunts.

Listen man, the Big Ten is very serious about academics. Not so much about coaches fricking kids and it being covered up, coaches punching players from another team or blatant cheating by a coveted academic institution (including this past weekend). Of course, The Unabomber was also a “Michigan Man”. Yeah, we need to really get our act together to hang out with those vaunted institutions.

I’m 58 and love Theo but can understand if people my age don’t like his style of comedy. What is undeniable is the younger generation absolutely loves him. The generation that you are going to be recruiting and who will attending LSU. He is from Covington, went to LSU and connects with exactly who you’d like to in 2026. For the life of me I cannot figure out why someone who is an LSU fan would have an issue with a Louisiana native who attended LSU and possesses the attributes I just mentioned wearing LSU gear and pubbing the brand.

It is incredible what my excitement level is with AI is and what it would be playing the Dutch game. I think we are in for a big year and that little Fabhino trick we just pulled with Vic has me nostalgic.

I love it when people say that guys like Ruth couldn’t hit .100 today! He was born like 40 years after The Civil War and was 6’3 215 before he got big. He would have been bigger than Judge if he was playing today with his genetics, same for a guy like Bill Russell etc. All of these guys would have been just fine today, they would have just been bigger, stronger and faster. I’m 58, in High School there was barely a 300 pound OL in the NFL much less in high school like now. Lazy take, just like LeBatard and Cowherd.

I understand all about grief and the “mitigating” circumstances that these players went through…trust me way too much. My issue for the team is that if he has everything he wants and all the players playing exactly like he wants I have a feeling that watching Slot Ball would still be like watching paint dry. Who is in the dugout for us and lives in Manchester? “Injury” is really the word for this season? Really? We’ve all gone through way worse injury issues here on this thread…Arthur Melo, Nat and Rhys anyone? I just don’t think this guy has any clue where he is in terms of culture and that is what makes this club special. What ever happened to not making excuses? All Slot does is make excuses and it’s never his fault. I apologize…I’m just aggravated again.
