Disasters just about everywhere but UH.. and they are probably going to lose their coach.
Shorthorns, Tech, Baylor, TCU, and of course our own problems. That was some pretty shitty football on display on TV yesterday on a bunch of channels. Good grief

There is NO defense in the state of Texas.
If I were a HC at A&M:
I'd look for LBs away from our state. They are all soft as Charmin. Malik Jefferson. He'd be a bust here because he misses tackles/arm tackles just like our LBs.
Plus, there seems to be an abject forgetfulness of press coverage. Not every WR, especially from UTSA, deserves the respect of a 7-10 yard cushion.
Don't really care about the other schools, but I'm tired of the soft defense that Texas High School Football seems to produce and thereby extend into our program.

It really bothers me that Charlie Strong can't even beat Kansas.

it should because above all else it shows the uncertainty programs face when hiring a new coach.

There are some deep rooted issues with your program if a guy like Charlie Strong can't at least make you play tough. Forget winning or losing for a moment, UT is soft as all hell.

Yup.
Especially damning because "toughness" was one of the "T's" he was supposed to put back in Texas.
Sips can bash Mack all they want, but I never saw any of his teams as straight up weak as the squads Strong (ironically) has put out.

I honestly feel like college football as a whole sucks, everyone is bad except Alabama

They lost to Navy and SMU, even though they had the most talented team in the conference. They won't even get to participate for a conference championship.

There's a little more parity, and that shows when so many teams get nipped by schools they really outclass on paper.
Alabama doesn't count. They're a machine at this point

I get that but they just dominated Louisville. The other teams I mentioned... including us... are fading fast and in a late season swoon.
Not related but did you see the shorthorns Kansas game last night? Kansas must have had about 3000 fans on the home side of the field. Solid aluminum with an oval shaped cluster of people between the 20s. It looked like a 3A high school playoff game. When they rushed the field it probably took less than a minute to clear the stands.

I don't know what you talking 'bout Willis! Sam Houston State is undefeated.

That's what happens when you have immunity against the NCAA

Same, trust me. We've been getting bent over by Alabama and their crooked ways way longer than A&M

It's not cheating if you know nothing will happen

For sure. Saban is GOAT at having people who know exactly how far you can "bend" the rules w/o getting caught.
Harbaugh seems to be the same slippery shite type w/the crap he has been pulling up at Michigan.
What we need is 30 person department filled with lawyers dedicated solely to figuring out all the loopholes and ways around vague language in the NCAA rule book. Find out where there is an inch given and take a mile until the NCAA catches up.
