Prediction: Dave Aranda will be the Alabama DC in 2017

I see Jeremy Pruitt being hired as a head coach after this season. Saban will have to hire a DC and there really aren't any top D.C. candidates on his coaching staff. He'll end up looking for the best DC in the open market and that will be Aranda. It'll be a match made in heaven.

i am thrilled with what we have. But if we lose ours and yours is not retained then all bets are off. He was not yours when you guys hired him from Wisky. You are too much of a DA to understand the free market though.

I really don't think Aranda would leave a program where he has full reins of the D to go do whatever Saban wants him to do.

someone referred to Bama fans want "Your" DC. My point was he was not your DC when you hired him from someone else. I mentioned the free market and will speak cajun next time.

I hope not. I am loving this attacking defense CJP has compared to what we saw in the past under CKS.
Not that CKS's defenses sucked, I just like what we are seeing this year better.
