They come into College Station riding a wave of success and an aura of magical invincibility only to suffer about 7 injuries in a super physical game (and even have an injured player get kicked off the team after hospital blood work shows he's on drugs) and go on to lose in DOT when their luck finally runs out. Subsequently, this physically broken team with its spirit sucked out of it loses every game, including to a terrible South Carolina team that we treated like a hard scrimmage. Now their locker room is in revolt.

Bama has beat their arse for a decade straight now right? And USCe just put the nail in the coffin on their season.

No LSU put the nail in the coffin to the Tennessee Program with back to back SEC Championship beat downs.

They have never recovered, go look it up. I even posted it on the Tennessee board and they agreed.

Nope...the end of Tennessee football comes down to one SEC Championship...2001. UT goes into it 10-1 and will go to the MNC game if they win. They lose to an LSU team they beat earlier in the season...that was the beginning of the end for Fulmer and the prominence of UT's program. UT has been a shell of what they were since that game.
