Sadly, I have a bad feeling about this
Posted on 10/27/16 at 1:13 pm to rockiee
that it's not going to pass? or that it's a bad idea in general?

I don't think its a bad idea although the other issue was probably better. I just don't trust this state over issues like this.

Legalize it, don't criticize it. I'd rather have a bunch of Arkansans smoke weed than continue the slow death of opiate dependency.

The insanity is that 7 was the better initiative so early voters voted for it. They aren't allowed to recast their ballots. Since 7 got thrown off, early voters basically voted against MM in the state.

Ya, that was why my mindset was voting for both even though I clearly like one more than the other. It is stupid that it took this long to review the issue and overturn it because of signatures. That shite should have been handled much earlier than this.

I really wish 7 would have won. I voted for both today

My brother voted no to 6 and yes to 7. After he heard it got dropped he said "I've been smoking weed illegally for years, all I will not vote for something that I don't agree with. The no grow and the controlling nature of the bill is not agreeable"
I don't smoke, but I think it should be legal.

I can understand why people don't agree with certain parts of the issue but I don't really understand who can be against it medically.

seems awfully late in the game to remove an issue.
what a bunch we've got in Little Rock.

As long as Cali legalizes, which it will, all that matters.
Nevada will probably pass too but Cali is the big fish that will get shite poppin'.

It's VERY late. It makes you think they might be.... up to something.
This is very fishy and smells of collusion.

Basically because if you don't know the facts, it just sounds like pot heads trying to get legal weed. I've dispensed THC pills to pediatric kids with cancer so they will eat on top of chemo. I've also seen THC oil relieve kids of seizure disorders.
There's a place for it in the public sector and medical, but some folks are too narrow minded to fathom such an idea.

Now, I've read to still vote for both in case they can get the latest ruling overturned. It couldn't hurt

I've never smoked weed, I may not ever do it (can't ever rule anything out), but I can't imagine voting against legalization. There are so many people it could save from opoid addiction, not to mention that full legalization could save the state so much money by not having a shite ton of non-violent drug offenders in prison

The whole weed thing just blows my mind. So you're telling me the government says it's against the law to plant a seed?
Why not make rose bushes illegal while you're at it.
