For your consideration, in alphabetical order:
Arkansas - Bert Bielema 23-23 at Arkansas, 8-20 SEC record, 0 SEC titles (91-47 overall w/ 3 B1G titles)
Auburn - Gus Malzahn 32-15 at Auburn, 16-12 SEC record, 1 SEC title (41-18 overall w/ 1 Sun Belt title)
Florida - Jim McElwain 15-5 at Florida, 10-2 SEC record, 1 SEC East Title (37-21 overall)
Georgia - Kirby Smart 4-3 at Georgia, 2-3 SEC record
Kentucky - Mark Stoops 16-27 at Kentucky, 7-22 SEC record
LSU - Ed Orgeron (interim) 3-0 at LSU, 2-0 SEC record at LSU (19-27 overall, 3-21 SEC record at Ole Miss)
Ole Miss - Hugh Freeze 27-22 at Ole Miss, 18-18 SEC record (67-29 overall w/ 1 Sun Belt title)
Mississippi State - Dan Mullen 57-40 at MSU, 27-33 SEC record
Missouri - Barry Odom 2-5 at Mizzou, 0-3 SEC record
South Carolina - Will Muschamp 3-4 at South Carolina, 1-4 SEC record (31-25 overall, 17-15 SEC record at Florida)
Tennessee - Butch Jones 26-19 at Tennessee, 12-16 SEC record (76-46 overall, 2 MAC titles and 2 C-USA titles)
Texas A&M - Kevin Sumlin 42-17 at Texas A&M, 21-16 SEC record (77-34 overall)
Vanderbilt - Derek Mason 11-21 at Vandy, 3-17 SEC record
I guess it's Gus being the only one with an SEC title and one of the few who's above 500 in the SEC, but pretty lackluster overall when you look at the numbers. It's crazy to me you can argue Sumlin is the third best coach currently in the conference.

Gotta go with Butch

Probably Gus or Sumlin. What Mullen did at State is pretty remarkable, but is apparently quickly forgotten.

I guess LSU fans can't say Miles anymore

Taking them to an Orange Bowl is great and he's in the mix for that 3 spot if not higher. Them likely winning 3-4 games this year kinda puts a damper on him though even though he's working with a different hand.

Gus is the 2nd best coach in the SEC. Followed by Jack Rabbit.

I'll go with the only active SEC Head coach that has won the SEC Championship who is not named Saban.
Gus Malzahn

I'd probably take McElwain as long as he promised to not bring the cowardly nature from UForfeit with him. He's been pretty good prior to his QB getting caught with roids and the next one getting hurt.

It's funny because he doesn't coach in the SEC anymore, right? Right? hahaha
