"Did you know, the overall crime rate in Starkville MS is 25% higher than the national average".

Pretty impressive given your small population.

Yes. I've been to Baton Rouge. The statement was made by a poster that said Baton Rouge was better than anything in Starkville. My point is not everyone likes high crime bigger cities.

Which again, throwing around crime stats on entire cities and acting like it's true for the WHOLE CITY is plain dumb.

There's bad areas in almost any decent sized city, it doesnt make the whole city bad or crime infested.

A quick search on the website you linked shows Starkville as having overall better livability.

Get fricked on.

Murder rate is top 10 in the country. I agree all of Baton Rouge is not bad but not all of those murders are committed in the ghettos either.

Just watched an Investigation Discovery show about this serial killer in BR. He really didn't like females at all.

It's really simple here.

There's good areas and bad areas to any decent sized city. YES crime can happen in the good areas just like the bad areas but it's at a much different rate. The bad areas can DRAG DOWN even the good areas because it's worse there than other bad areas of other cities. Again, just DONT LIVE IN OR GO TO THE BAD AREAS and you're fine. You cant, again, just lump a whole city together like it's the same everywhere, it's just dumb.

It's not like there's 10 students getting popped every year like in the ghetto.

That's impossible.

Are we seriously arguing about who's city is better right now? Come on. Baton rouge is better than any city in ms. Louisiana is a better state thsn ms as a whole and it's not even close. Lsu is a better school than either ole miss or state both athletically and academically. Our culture is better our people are better our food is way better our women are hotter and we have new orleans. Ok yall have some decent beaches so what I can drive to florida in a few hours and pass biloxi up and go to real beaches. It's no comparison really. Anyway, back to the thread topic...willie gay is going to play for lsu more than likely so just deal with it bitches.

Mississippi natives think Mississippi is better than Louisiana

Louisiana natives think Louisiana is better than Mississippi

Who gives a fuch.

LSU gets another CB for Willie. The last 11 predictions and all 2017 predictions, have been for LSU. Willies set to visit BR this weekend with Jacob Phillips, who LSU is also trending with. LSU has quite a few commits coming in this weekend. The focus will be getting Phillips and Gay into the class. The fact that LSU is trending before his visit bodes well. Should be a fun recruitment.

It's funny how these things go in recruiting. LSU goes from "oh no, we're going to have to play 8 DBs" to being on the inside track to sign a pretty loaded LB class.
