He was headed nowhere and he knew it. His first move? Hire "arguably" the best defensive coordinator the conference has to offer. His second move? Bring in a respected offensive coordinator that values the running game.
Hell I am impressed. The guy lost 2 five star quarterbacks in a week and was feeling the heat. Nice response.
Could be a special season even if they lose Saturday but the momentum picked up by beating Bama on the road would be invaluable.
