I'm with 34 in this respect.

ANY other candidate would have crushed Hilary. The Republican party is in bad shape when this is their guy. No leadership. The party has known for 8 years that Hilary would be the likely opponent. Instead of finding a great candidate to destroy her, they had way too many candidates hurting the chances of a party line guy and let a rogue outsider win.

Now we all suffer because the party was disorganized and split.

The Dems were equally split but did not allow the rogue outsider (Bernie) to win. They put what they considered to be their best candidate out there. Possibly in illegal fashion. But they don't care, they want to WIN.
