The only 2 loss team that should be ahead of Florida is ole miss.... And maaaaaaaybe auburn.
Georgia and lsu have looked bad in their 2 losses.
Florida looked like dog shite against UMASS and Vandy, and gave up a 21 point lead to Tennessee.
LSU has lost by a combined 7 points on the road to 2 top 25 teams.
Not to mention, LSU fired its coach and beat a middle of the pack East team by 35.

Well florida lone loss is by 10, on the road, with a backup QB.
To a team that is better than auburn and Wisconsin... I get that lsu losses are close. But for a team with a relatively "good loss", Florida is not respected in these rankings at all. Remember Georgia got to play Tennessee at home.

A&m hasn't been able to run the ball and stop the run in the past. It's very different this year.
A&M can definitely run the ball better this season but they still haven't been able to stop it. I guess it's been better, but they're still giving up around 160 per game on the ground including 236 to Auburn and 282 to Tennessee

The Aggies are now a clear #2. The SEC West should be decided in two weeks when they travel to Tuscaloosa.

Like the poster above said, the way UF lost that game was ugly. Also, you guys haven't played a single team with a pulse yet.
ETA: Also, acting like Wisconsin isn't a good team at this point is laughable.

Giving up the lead to Tennessee is bad no doubt.... BUT. Every team Tennessee has played has blown a lead or had Tennessee storm back to tie or take the lead, aggie included.
The difference is aggie and Georgia got them at home and was able to counter without crowd noise being a factor.
Until someone gets a lead and doesn't blow it against Tennessee I don't think you can really dock if as bad as you are trying for that. Let's see how bama does this weekend.

your last week ranking thread got deleted. why? did you have lsu too low or something?
No I think it was because I had Tennessee #7. Who knew putting a team that had struggled to beat App State and Ohio and needed a miracle hail mary to beat a mediocre Georgia team at #7 in the SEC could get your post deleted. One of the moderators must be related to Butch Jones or something.

I'd like to see us have a couple more games before I'd be willing to say we're definitely better than UGA, Arkansas, and Florida
LSU fans should certainly be cautious, but if anything, LSU at #6 may be undervaluing the Tigeers
ESPN FPI has LSU #3 in the SEC
S&P ratings have LSU #2 in the SEC
Those systems have a pretty solid track record, and for LSU to be rated so high, it must mean LSU is better than their record suggests.
Wouldn't be surprised to see LSU win the next two impressively and suddenly Bama-LSU is a Top 15 matchup again.

What has Florida done to warrant any hype?
According to the S&P ratings, Florida does not even have one of the Top 25 best single wins in the SEC. Florida's best win was over #77 Kentucky.
Ten other SEC teams combine to have 25 total wins so far over better teams. The only three programs without a win as impressive as Florida's best win so far are Vanderbilt, South Carolina, and Missouri.
Florida needs to play someone before they start complaining about their spot in the rankings. As bad as Georgia has been, we have two wins over teams S&P deems better than Florida's best win. Both Georgia and Florida lost to Tennessee. Sure, we have one extra loss but that's because we played Ole Miss. Had you played LSU, you'd have the same record as Georgia right now.

Mississippi State should be 14. Its embarrsing and probably lose to Samford.
