I think you can actually do it this time. I was wrong as hell about your '16 squad. For God's sake don't let Alabama get another one, win one for us step-children. There needs to be a major shake-up in the SEC, I'm tired of the blue bloods looking unstoppable while everyone else has to spin the coach roulette and hope to get lucky.

I don't hate Malzahn, I just feel sorry for him at this point. This isn't how it was supposed to go. He was an offensive genius. He was changing the game. Winning this conference is a war of attrition. Alabama's depth across the board is a significant advantage for them.
We had at least 3 players among the walking wounded after the Arkansas game. Nobody knows if they will or won't be playing Saturday.
It's not clear if we have the sort of depth that can sustain the current level of play. Although our depth is better than in recent years, is it enough? Hope so...but we'll soon see.

I remember reading he was a notorious thief of signals and plays. Didn't he start his first year at Auburn by designating a 3rd stringer to solely read the opposing sideline's calls???
