We can't fire Gus. Gotta ride it out. shite will never be great until Saban is gone regardless. Can't afford to keep firing coaches and paying buyouts. Plus there isn't anyone worth hiring that would be a homerun hire. We just gotta ride it out and look for improvement. We all knew we weren't winning a championship this year. A QB like Stidham could completely change the team next year.
So take a seat back on the Gus Bus.

Looking at the schedule I see 5 wins, we will win the 4 we are supposed to and upset one team.

fire them all, dont even wait until our iron bowl blowout loss. what we cant keep doing is hiring unqualified coaches at top pay and giving them extensions when they go .500

Not with the garbage OL we trot out weekly.

We should leave Gus, stockpile money then pay an outrageous sum to best coach available when we are ready

answer this question - Who the hell would we get that would change the program? Aint nobody out there right now. We gotta sit tight.

Agree on Gus. He isn't going any where. But all of you realize the greatest run in AU football history has taken place in the last 6 years, right? Let's not get the LSU and Tennessee syndrome and think we are a traditional blue blood program. The program itself is in the best shape it has ever been. Hopefully, Gus realizes the failed experiment of JJ and SW, and gets back on track with WB. Changing coaches would be a bad strategic move ATM.

how about if that's the best he can do at coaching at least make the motherfricker wear a clown costume during the games. it would be more honest and we could get at least SOME entertainment value out of this shitshow. maybe a good mime fight between him and mr yes could make me smile.

Remember that time we gave Gus a raise and an extension because everyone was worried about him jumping to the NFL? That was only a couple years ago.

Out of all of the post-game neighing and braying on this forum, this is the best possible idea.

Why do people keep saying this? You think Hugh Freeze gaf about $aban? Nope, he does his own thing. And I don't think Malzahn gaf about $aban either. I do agree that Gus needs to stay. But he has got to get rid of Lashlee, like he should have done a year ago.

Look at the impact Trevor Knight has had on A&M. A decent size mobile QB that can make good decisions would help tremendously. I agree, however, with the sentiment that our OL needs to improve too. I think it would be a mistake to fire Gus.

1. Do you think that Gus lets Lashlee have any control whatsoever over the offense?
2. If he did fire Lashlee, do you think for one second that he would bring someone in to repair the QB development and play calling issues that he is becoming known for?
Lashlee may be the biggest numbskull on the planet, but I don't think anyone can make that argument based on his time at Auburn, basically being a well-paid sideline under armour model. By statistical accounts, Samford improved in his one year there.

This is Gus's offense. Yall need to quit blaming Rhett.

OL is the biggest problem. Our tackles and center are FCS caliber next to two All American Guards
Cox whiffs on blocks like its a designed play. Put in JFIII or Woody Barrett and let's ride this 3 game win season out and try again next year.

We should pay better attention to Kozan's play, he has not played well this season or last.
