I believe this would be best for all parties concerned. I don't want to trash a kid - I think we forget sometimes these are teenagers - but he really isn't cut out to play. Even the design run he had to convert he tried tiptoeing to pick up the first down.

I don't want him playing qb for Auburn, but I'm not going to denigrate the young man. I wish him the best. Sorry it didn't work out.

I know we all like to talk shite behind our computers/phones, but these are really people who aren't getting a dime... it's gotta be tough on him and his family.

Kid has been through a lot the past couple years. Obviously no one knows details, but to quit the team would seem like he never had the support of his teammates.
I would like to think other players would sit him down and convince him to stay. Who knows.
