It's the richt syndrome.

Sure when you look at miles's accomplishments since he first started it looks elite. But what have they done in the last 4 seasons? Not much really, meanwhile their 2 biggest division foes have gone to 3 of the last 4 national title games.

Now, I'm not saying miles should be fired. I don't keep close enough tabs on LSU to really have an opinion either way...I"m just saying I can see why the fans are upset and memories of 2007 probably aren't meaning that much right now.

cool bro

now do it since 2012 so you can see the trend for yourself, Kyle. Miles is losing his edge and it's plain as day for anyone to see except a bunch of bean counters like you.

I love these posts from other fan bases. No we won't keep Miles so everyone including dumpster fire Arkansas can whip us every year. That of course excludes A&M , because even with no offense we kick their asses every year! Miles buried himself. His refusal to evolve the offense and his stubbornness to throw it right back in everyone's face has sealed his fate.

Watching LSU try to play offense last Saturday sucked all of the excitement about this season out of the fanbase. We have looked like dogshit in all of our losses since 2013 and many of our wins. We have averaged 16 points in the last 5 conference games. And Les has given us exactly nothing to think things will change. He was an elite coach. Not anymore.

LSU fans have unrealistic expectations because Saban and Bama have set the bar so high.

Sad our fans don't have a memory a heart an confidence in our players an coaches. Especially one that's been the best at LSU period. Not only are you expecting a national championship look what noise an negative shite you bring to our players while preparing for a game. Some fans.

Because Les has had previous success, he should be given a lifetime contract IMO.

Can't believe FSU got rid of Bowden :smh:.

If you change those stats to include post 2011 games you might get a better idea

College football has evolved since 2005, Miles hasn't.

The SEC has added two universities and I believe every school (other than LSU) has had coaching changes.

Going back to the beginning of Miles' coaching era at LSU isn't reflective of the current situation or representative of the current changes in the conference.

That's cool and all, but what the frick has Miles and LSU done lately? They've been pretty much average, especially by their standards, since 2011. 2012-2015 are extremely forgettable years, and with expectations of a great year, possibly a CFB playoff/National Title year, it looks like it will be another year like in 2012-2015 where we do nothing special, and it will continue to be that way if Les Miles is the coach at LSU. I know I'm playing a broken record here, but Miles needs to go ASAP.
