The Clemson one. KU-Mizzou was one of the oldest rivalries in the country when it ended.

54 losses to Kansas is much worse and it's not even close
Sure, it's fun to make fun of Clementine, but the truth is, they have always had a decent and fairly well respected football program, won a Natty in 1981
Kansas? Basketball school, do they even care about football?
