We have a company that sets up the tents, tv, chairs, and generator for us. Everyone brings their coolers with drinks of their choice and all of the wives figure out who all is bringing what each weekend and then they also make it "look nice" or however they want it. Works well and everyone does their part. It's also nice to not have to set it all up or take it all down and it's not that expensive to have it done since their are like 8 couples in our setup

Did this two years ago, the area around our tent was a little too family for our crew of young alumni, so we decided to set up our own again last year. Needless to say, we are going back to the paid for setup, it really is ridiculously convenient.
