I would think Henry accomplished more than fournette if you want to look at this objectively

It's hard to compare them though due to the different styles of offense and defenses they played.

One that stands out is LF TDs. He probably surpasses all of them in that department.

What about YPC?

Career YPC:

Bo Jackson - 6.6
Leonard Fournette - 6.1
Darren McFadden - 5.8
Emmitt Smith - 5.6
Herschel Walker - 5.3

When taking into account the numbers realize that Bo Jackson was in a Wishbone Offense and shared the backfield and carries with as many as FOUR other NFL RBs on the roster at the same time

I've got a different take on this.

Todd Gurley played in 30 games.

Career average of 6.4 ypc.

He returned 11 kickoffs, taking it to the house on 2 of them. Average return was 38.4 yards. Total 422 yards.

65 receptions for 615 yards.

45 total touchdowns for Gurley.

Gurley should easily be in the top 5 in SEC history. It's just a shame he had to go out with an ACL injury following the autograph scandal that also kept him sidelined.

These stats make me feel good about A&M's best all time back (@ A&M)

Lewis - 5,012 rushing yards, 44 TDs, 25 catches, 126 rec yards, 1 TD.

1) Walker
2) Jackson
3) Smith

Great backs are remembered for decades/centuries. McFadden and Fournette will be soon forgotten. Herschel, Bo, and Emmitt wouldn't have been stopped cold by Bama. They would have gotten their yards, even in a loss.

I knew this thread was a joke as soon as I saw passing stats being used instead of YPC, when comparing elite RBs.. leave it to Arkansas fans. So desperate to be noticed it's humorous.

I would take Jamal Lewis over everyone not named Hershel or Bo on that list.
