Watching Rice go up for balls against Arky and UT was the best. Kid could flat out fly like an acrobat.

concerned are you about Eason?
I don't think Uga is counting on starting true freshmen at WR and rb with him. If we were, I would be very concerned.

Our defense should be better it was flat awful last year. Yes losing copper sucks. No argument there. Our only solace is the possibility of having a better overall wr core and a qb to get them the ball. As for this particular game id say 17-14 cocks is realistic.

Like I said, we had more Fr All SEC WR's during that timespan than any other team.

Loss. Not because I'm a Vandy fan -- well, not just because I'm a Vandy fan -- but because Coach Mason has developed his defense pretty well and Muschamp was never a great offensive mind. Roper could do some damage, but I'm not sure he has the quality of QB to hit the track running right out of the gate.
While I'm not going to promote our offensive, at least we finally have a confirmed full-time starter at QB for the first time since the regime change, and I'm cautiously optimistic about what he can do.

Well, 2005 was 11 seasons ago, so I wasn't counting him.
If ellington's 17 catches in 2011 and coopers 3 catches in 2013 got them all-sec WR, then you just found the most worthless distinction ever. I doubt either of them did though, which makes you wrong.

21-17 Vanderbilt. It'll be a long season for the Cocks.

I've seen enough of their tape and practice to know that these guys are going to be great D1 players. You'll see so in time.

Muschamp was never known for an offensive mind. He's one of the greatest college defensive mind's of all time though. B/c hardware, All SEC/All American players and NFL talent.

Every high school RB that signs with an SEC school looks great on tape against HS players.

Well either way you're still DEAD wrong then. Bama didn't have any Fr All SEC Wr in '05 and SC still had more Fr All SEC WR's b/w '06 and '16

I don't know why you're melting over this, just be wrong and carry on. All those guys I listed were WR's, all went onto the NFL, all were Fr All SEC, it is what it is.

Some do, some do not and were just really well hyped/camped/mentored. If you know what to look for on tape you can see it too. Things like; anticipation of running lanes, how he reacts when lanes/blocks fall apart/instincts, natural athletic ability, tenacity at contact, etc....
There are a lot of HS RB's that can run close to a 4.5-4.6 and run by most HS LB and Safeties and have a lot of yardage against 1A or 2A teams, but the ones that create something out of less opportune situations are special.
