Flaming aside, this has a GOTC feel to it, doesn't it? These are supposed to be top defenses coming in again.
Not much stands in our way of being undefeated for the match up , save for Florida.
Only this time, the chips are down for Miles and he knows it. I've never seen a pressured Miles .
I think the last 4 of our games in tiger stadium have been decided by 7 or less and two have gone to overtime.
This is going to be another must watch

I really hope so because I am sick and tired of losing to Alabama, but until Saban or Miles is gone, I doubt it. Everyone and their mother knew Leonard Fournette was gonna get a ton of carries so what does Miles do? He runs Leonard Fournette into a box of 8 and 9 time after time.

Bama played 2 high most of the game. If youd watch it your know we went spread and still couldn't block a soul

They've beaten us five times in a row, which doesn't count for anything this year, but I know our team is better, so I'm not really all that concerned we might lose like I was last year. I think our SEC loss/losses come from somewhere else.

I think Bama is still a lot more talented than LSU on defense. LSU has some elite talent at the skill positions (Fournette, Dupre), but so far our QB hasn't been able to give a multidimensional look.
We need Harris to make some plays if we want to beat Bama. End of story. Until he does, expect the same result.

They hype is always there but I don't really care until both teams seasons start. Once we really see what both teams have to offer is when I'll get excited

I decided to really temper my expectations for this game. Last year really broke my will. Every year we say how we're more talented and bama dosent have a qb and yada yada and we fricking lose. I'm not sure how anybody at this point can really say anything negative about bama, and this is coming from someone that hates them. The sec is theirs to lose every year until someone proves otherwise. No matter how much they've lost, how "shitty" their qb is, or how "suspect" their secondary is. It's the same song every year and they win the sec and usually the title

Tim Williams scares me. IMO hes the biggest miss of a Louisiana kid in the past 5 years or so. Dont get me wrong, Cam is awesome and Collins was good but Tim seems unblockable at times.
