That looks likes a tough matchup. They are a team that hits well and scores runs. Anyone see them play against LSU that can give some more insight?

Very aggressive team hitting the ball. Doesn't make mistakes. Maybe they had a bad weekend pitching because we got the hits just failed to score runs.

UF will handle CCU. They got past us so well because there was no pressure. They have heavy bats but I don't think they will be able to hit like they did in the Supers.

At this point nothing is a gimme. I do like our pitching depth. Win one and move on is the best we can ask for.

Not often anyone would say it but I actually think they were a better team than LSU believe it or not. LSU hit the pitching but the hits were typically spread out. They have speed everywhere and he is right they hit the baseball and have the speed to take advantage of balls you would normally think should be an easy out. Hated seeing LSU and the other SEC teams getting knocked out but they were a fun team to watch.

Florida will handle them with ease. We hit their ace pretty well, who I'm assuming they throw. Also their monster power numbers won't work in Omaha with the giant park.

They small-ball pretty well, though.

I think Florida will be fine. LSU racked up hits we just absolutely failed to get timely hits. And Florida's pitching is much deeper. It's Omaha so obviously all the teams are good but Florida has the advantage in that matchup IMO.

Watch out for that bearded bastard because he is a sneaky, scrappy SOB.

CC will be a dangerous team for Florida. It seems like their strength is 1 or 2 game series due to their apparent lack of pitching depth as displayed by the hesitancy of their coach to make pitching changes.

I think they have to stay in the winner's bracket to really have a chance in omaha. Extremely fundamentally sound team when it comes to base running and stealing.

It will be an interesting match. When Florida pitching is on they are brutal but then I like CC's offense more than Florida. That match might be as good as the national title game if you ask me.

Power hitting team that uses small ball to their advantage. CCU has Matt Morrison & Bucky who are ideal closers. Only have 4 pitchers who can throw above 90 mph. Awesome at base running & timely hits. Lead off man gets on. next thing you know he is on 2nd base. Their 8 & 9 hole hitters can not get on base to save their lives. Fundamental at small ball; advancing runners, stealing, bunts, sac flys, etc. JJ Schwarz & Rivera will be tested at catcher, luckily for y'all Florida has the best in the nation. Runs will be scored...

If UF doesn't win it all this year, they may never win it. Their biggest obstacles, A&M, UL and MSU are not in Omaha.

Different ball park. The fact CC leads the NCAA in home runs means dick in the abyss that is Omaha. Florida should cruise.

They do everything well, but had a ton of lucky hits versus LSU. If their bat touched the ball it seemed to go right where the defender couldn't reach it.

A lot of that is momentum and luck.

They're crazy aggressive on the base paths.

I think Florida rolls because CC is just happy to be there.
