It's hard to tell. All four umps met on it but still didn't call interference.
It was pretty obvious though.
Even the announcers thought it was obvious.

They didn't really explain the reasoning.
The batter was in the batter's box, making a legitimate attempt at the ball. And he definitely hit the catcher's mitt as the catcher moved up as the pitch looked like a pitch out.
PS. This grapefruit sculpin IPA is fantastic. I recommend it to any folks that like IPAs.

So I have the same question for both the State game and aTm game.
Even though both teams were top seeds, and won their first games, they are "visitors" for the 2nd game. Is this based on a coin flip or something?

The undefeated team would have to be beaten twice. Game 2 would be Monday if necessary.
