And since A&M joined the SEC, Texas has been fricking godawful
And since A&M joined the SEC, A&M thrashed OU in their only head to head meeting
I respect Arky so I won't mention that record since A&M joined the SEC
Good times...

Comparing cumulative records is relevant when there is no one on one competition to judge who is better. You are 0-5 vs LSU since 2012. Have at least an ounce of common sense as hard as that may be for some of you.

Has Arkansas been equally as good as LSU since 2012?

One minute it's cumulative records, the next minute it's head-to-head, you know how it goes

Since joining the SEC

2013: 9-4
2014: 8-5
2015: 8-5
Looks to me that you had a good year in 2012, but there really isn't a lot of difference between 8-5 and 7-6. Looks like your team is equally as bad in this conference
Fricking this

said "Equally as bad". ok.
In that case, then LSU has been equally as bad as A&M since A&M joined the SEC
this is the best response by Aggie
Unreal

It does point out the nonsense of the logic in this thread

Big 12 bowl record (A&M): 2-9
SEC bowl record (A&M): 3-1

You are correct, nonsense completely. Just putting "A&M" and "powerhouse" in the same sentence is nonsense. Past, present and future.

And just like that ... here come the horns and the usual 3.5 Thibodeaux suspects.

Putting LSU and powerhouse in the same sentence is nonsense. You can't compete with Clemson, Notre Dame, Alabama or even Arkansas.
Have a good day

If not, why did they think they were going to be anything other than a whipping boy in the SEC?
if i recall correctly- half the teams in the conference (the sec) automatically started touting them as the next big thing as much, if not more than, the aggies themselves did.
shoulda seen the slobbering going on- it was disgusting.

I can understand your hatred for the big 12..Thats fine. I hate it too..
But lets not go completely off the rails here..Dont go full retard. don't ever go full retard, son.
Not sure if you are being intentionally obtuse or not but you may want to re-read the entire post including the part you chose not to quote. Again maybe you are trying to be funny but if you are serious please re-read.

Your buddy said that A&M had a better record in the SEC then they did in the Big 12, and that the SEC was supposed to be so tough. I simply pointed out that your record is pretty reflective of the same shitty record that your team had before joining the SEC. Now you Aggies are coming out of the woodwork deflecting and trying to compare yourself to LSU. I gave your team credit for a great year in 2012, but other than that it looks earily similar to your Big 12 record . Im not really sure why you all are so defensive about it. You have great facilities , a great coach, great fans, and tradition ( don't forget that ) , so I'm sure that things will turn around for you. There's no need to be so defensive

You don't recall correctly. Everyone thought A&M would be terrible. That is why 2012 was so much fun. No one saw it coming.

We were never expected to win more than 5 games when we joined
Posted on 5/18/16 at 2:09 pm to DeathPenalty
Nearly identical record to LSU's record since we've been in the SEC.

lsu fans drooled over you like you were bama's twin. people may have said you'd lose but they also talked about how you and the sec were going to be so good for each other, the sleeping giant, etc.

We do. This is a fact and not debatable

Why are you mad that people were right? We made the SEC an additional 100 million per year, and the SEC made us the highest revenue athletic department in the world.
