Smart or Muschamp? Edit: I guess I should add Odom at Mizzou too.

Discuss.

Smart because L's to UT and UF keeps everyone antsy in Athens.

Smart definitely has "win now" type expectations.

I would say Muschamp.

USCe fans are proud of their team and last years loss to the Citadel was a bitter pill to swallow. That added to the fact that he's already ruffled a lot of feathers there by acting like... well like himself... Muschamp is under the gun already at USCe. He'll be back next season unless something horrible happens, but the pressure is there from the get go.

Smart. Realistic SC fans are not expecting much. I think hitting 6 wins would be the ceiling.

Smart. In a couple years they need to be going to Sugar Bowls.

Muschamp will have some time to build and Odom will win a nobel prize if he can sort out that circus tent at Mizzou.

Muschamp just needs to recruit well and improve a game or two this season.

If Smart struggles people will start talking.

It'll definitely be fun to see them play each other.

It's hard to say with out knowing how the season will finish . I would Say Smart because he is on a much better team and has higher expectations . One thing he has going for him is that he is replacing a underachieving legend at UGA and Muschamp is replacing a legend that had USCe higher then ever for a few years.
