So I found this at a thrift store in Arizona...
Pat Campbell Designs, 1986.
Any of you guys seen this before? The clown is holding an "Engineering" diploma in its left hand.

It's a Vol "Chucky" doll. I would put it down immediately and wash my hands. Nothing good can come of handling that.

That said, since you found it in AZ that it's probably referring to Texas rather than us. The orange is closer to their orange too.

I googled Pat Campbell Designs and the first page comes up from Richardson, TX. She was a quilt maker according to her bio. That is about as close to a verification of creepy dollmaker as you're gonna get if you know anything about arts and crafts folks.
