You can hire financial adviors or agents on the basis of future earnings. But this is the rant, and most of you are a little too slow to know these things. One day though, hang in there. At least you're trying.

SU certainly helped Rashard Robinson and Mathieu mature under their supervision.
Whaaaaaa? Didn't Mathieu get kicked off the team his senior year for smoking weed all the time and failed drug tests?
I mean...you still make a good point, I just think your example needs a little fine tuning!

No. Not at all. I just wasn't sure if you realized what trolling was. When I saw you did a little yourself, I was wondering why you would call somebody else on it. Perhaps I wasn't doing too good of a job of it!

I'm sure Ole Miss is looking forward to the deposition. ie everything he says will be under oath and public record

The lawsuit would be regarding hacking and unauthorized use.
The content of the messages would be no more relevant in that court room than what tunsil ate the morning of the draft.

Or maybe he thinks it's hilarious that the hammer is finally about to drop on that ridiculous recruiting class?
the class we just signed a few months ago was better and ranked higher...even though we lost four 5 star players on signing day. I reckon those schools topped our offer, huh? would have finished with the #1 ranked class instead of #5 if frickers hadn't cheated.

I disagree. The system is corrupt but how can you blame a kid for accepting money when his mother is in need? We all take advantage of the system in some way.

criminal matter, that's really bad for Ole Miss.
Yup. Lying to the NCAA is one thing, but lying in federal court..... Everything would come out.

I blame a mother for not paying her bills anymore once she has a son to whore out.

And that has absolutely no relevance to him sueing for someone hacking his accounts...
Are you really that fricking stupid? You do realize that he will have to say, in federal court, if those text messages are real or not. If they are (and it's looking like they are), the NCAA will be all over it. God, for a law school, you OM idiots don't seem to understand how the court system works.

No, he won't. The messages being real or not is absolutely irrelevant when the subject of the crime is hacking of a cell phone.
The pictures in his phone are irrelevant.
The messages in his phone are irrelevant.
Him playing farmville on his phone is irrelevant.
The actual hacking of his phone is what is relevant.
One of my favorite things in life is when someone, that really has no clue what he's talking about, tries to pass off his thoughts as fact and following it up with "hurr durr ur dum".

Agree 100%, but that has nothing to do with what I posted. The point is that if the money is there for the taking, and you're a person who grew up without any money, I can see where you take that money. It's not a testament to his character as the poster I replied to implied. Most of us would do the same IMO.

You're not very bright are you? Upon evaluating the criteria to determine if his phone (or other assets) were indeed hacked, it would be entirely within the scope of questioning to determine the veracity of the messages that were leaked to his instagram. Now as far as *how much* they would be able to discuss it, I'd imagine it would be fairly limited, but validating those would be well 'within bounds'.

OK, we admit the messages were LT's. He was getting funding from a NCAA Student Athlete Fund that each school maintains.
So, the burden of proof shifts to the Hacker to prove he did not have access to the social media.
LT will make up that $8million loss real quick. He could hire Erin Andrews attorney who just won $55million for invasion of privacy.

Ravens were ready to draft Tunsil with their 1st pick until they saw the video. They scrambled for a trade, but ended up with drafting Stanley instead.
And I believe they will regret this decision one day.
