Well he is a 2021 reclassify, where he would have been a 5*.

I need a little education here or I'm having covid-19 amnesia.
Why would a player be a 5* in 2021, but a 4* in 2020? Is it bc they expected him to improve more with another year in HC that he would eventually be a 5*?
Or is the reason something else?
