Exactly. If they're essentially equal, you go with the future. If he has indeed separated himself, then fine, but if we're splitting hairs, give Eason the reins and let him run with it. You've got at least 1, 2 if Chubb is healthy, elite backs to run a conservative offense around early, and still take advantage of his ridiculous talents when the windows present themselves. I had the exact same mindset, and I think we've come to the same conclusion. If he's not starting early, we're making a mistake.

With Eason at QB the opposition will be afraid to crowd the line. Lambert scares no one. I'll be surprised if the phenom isn't the starter by game three. Go Dawgs.
