I think most of y'all know my feeling about that place. Taking my little cousin to Auburn for his first visit. Guess in need to bite the soggy nachos and take him there. Any other recommendations?

It is pretty Auburn.

A) Founded and loved by Auburn fans
B) Overrated

Can't get much more overrated

Momma G's should only be enjoyed very, very late at night when you are drunk and you need all of your food steamed and melted for easier consumption.

At that point in the process, Momma G's is a Michelin starred restaurant and you should be honored to be given a table

There used to be a couple of the Zaxbys styled chicken finger places. I was sorry to see them go along with the Flush.

It's decent food that goes well with domestic beer. Thats about it. I didn't get the hype. I guess I did eat there many nights after games.

Get him hammered and order some Willys at 3am. Chicken sub with cheese tots and an extra honey mustard. Ask the driver to get him a pack of Marlboro lights and a 6er of natty for the full experience. Maybe even offer the driver to come in and smoke a bowl depending on who it is.

It's alright not that great.

Now to me whenever I come to Auburn I always need to make a stop a Little Italy. Opened a couple of years after I started at AU. frickin love that place.

I mean, it's alright. We'll go once a month or so for a Mama's Love, nachos w/extra peppers, and a pitcher. Not the best, not the worst. It's definitely not the kind of place I'd recommend to anyone as a place they had to try.

I like Mama G's in small doses. Actually had the last time I was in Auburn a couple weeks ago and got their loaded southwest nachos for the first time. They were on point.

As far as other local spots, Chee Burger Chee Burger might not be a bad option. I used to love that place as a kid. Tough to beat a cheese burger and milkshake as a kid though.
