Certain states are good at certain foods but all around Texas has the best food and its not close.

I always laugh when someone from this State or that State says our is "best". There's clearly no bias in such statements.

We'll have someone throw him extra bags as he needs them. Maybe a fellow Aggy will help him out. I'm not touching those things, bagged up or not.

Yeah, I don't even want them in the same room with me

If this is a real question, then yes. I would say 90% of Mexican Restaurants in the US are actually serving Tex Mex.

Room hell, not the same area code for a bag of those things.

No one and I mean no one will mention Mississippi as having the best cuisine anywhere.
Thing is the original poster has it right. All of us know places that have some awesome arse stuff. If you don't, I feel sorry for you. My wife was born in TN, grew up in London and Germany, spent 20 years on the coast and has incredible skills. You should be so lucky. I ain't so bad myself with her guidance.
My house is the place to be my friend and I live in Mississippi. Alas, it's not commercial... you guys can't have any.

The gulf coast from Texas to Georgia is hands down the best food in the USA.

Hot brown, beer cheese, derby pie, bbq mutton, burgoo.....All delicious Kentucky staples.
As for the bbq debate, I've had good bbq all over the South. And that Carolina mustard is tasty in my book.
frick off with your no bean chili Texas. That's called hot dog chili. Speaking of, slaw dogs are where its at.
Cincinnati style chili has chocolate in it; pasta is not what makes it Cincinnati style, but it's fricking delicious.
