Well, we have the Delta. Take the Delta off that list and Mississippi jumps up in to top or near the top on this particular list.
The Delta is predominately African-American.
So basically if you make fun of Mississippi you are a racist.

Links for stats?
- Obesity stats are from the CDC
- Education, Economy and Population Growth (2010-2015) obtained via Wikipedia which obtains them from Census reports

Maybe it's the Delta...a lot of blacks in Missouri Cities(STL/KC), South Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Texas, Florida....they aren't ranked close to last.

And OM fans want to get rid of all of them except for the 4 and 5 star HS recruits.

SofG had a post the other day that clearly showed UF, A&M and UGA as the top athletic programs in the SEC.

So you are saying blacks inherently cannot be compared to whites?

ok
There are more black people in Georgia than there are people in Mississippi. And they comprise 30% of the state, yet that didn't seem to hold them back on these particular rankings

Georgia also has one of if not the most highly educated African American population in the country due to Atlanta and the many very prestigious HBCUs in Atlanta.
