Running game was not outstanding against teams that were worth a shite last year so go ahead and knock that one off your list. Also secondary is far from best in the country.

ESPN Insider story. I did not read the article because I am not a subscriber but basically they say in the teaser that about 11 teams have a realistic chance next season. LSU came around 5-6 mainly because they return so many people and statistically the passing game was not as bad as it looked in person.

That offense was a critical mass of suck against any defense with a pulse last year.

Well last season LSU was 2cd in week 10. So how deep in this season is ESPN thinking?

Lsu was 25th in total QBR last year

The passing game as a whole sucks. Harris made up for his mediocre play by airing it out a few times and getting 40+ yard completions.

Third and seven? LSU may as well hand it off to Guice or Fournette.

Hey OP, get the frick out of here. You cant come here and say anything positive about LSU. Is this your first day or something?

BTW I love the 'This is the year' comments by the gumps. Fresh material.

Didn't read everyone's reacts. Just because the total QBR was good doesn't mean they have a good passing game. That QB couldn't make basic throws against Alabama. He has very talented WRs. He has a phenomenal RB. He throws a pretty good deep ball. Play action bombs to open WRs because the safeties are in the box to stop Fournette does not equate to a good passing game. That QB hasn't shown he can hit intermediate passes to move chains consistently. If u can't do that, u don't have a good passing game in my opinion.

I'm an LSU fan and I actually watched every game - our passing game was what it appeared to be...106th in the nation.
